2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting held on February 22, 2011
3. Consider the following:
v Claims and treasurer’s receipts
v Contract with CH2M Hill, Inc. to do the NEPA documentation for Project No. BR-1480(11), Control No. 61414, Maxwell Southwest
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
4. 9:15 A.M. Consider the following:
v Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on February 22, 2011
v Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
v Motor vehicle tax exemption applications
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

6. 9:50 A.M. Discuss and consider special designated liquor application submitted by the Lincoln County Ag Society for an event on July 23, 2011
7. 10:00 A.M. Construction update on the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office & Detention Center
8. 10:15 A.M. Closed session concerning strategy regarding potential litigation and to protect attorney-client privilege, which is clearly necessary to protect the public interest
