Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on April 4, 2011 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

1.            Open with prayer

 

2.            Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting held on

March 28, 2011

 

3.            Consider the following:

v  Claims and Treasurer’s Receipts

v  Right of way permits submitted by Nebraska Link

v  Approval of a signage design for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office and

Detention Center

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

 

4.            9:15 A.M.             Consider the following:

v  Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on

March 28, 2011

v  Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

 

5.            9:20 A.M.             Discuss and consider mini-grant application to be submitted to the Nebraska

Office of Highway Safety for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office

 

6.            9:30 A.M.             Consider action on File No. AM11-001 adopting a Resolution amending

Section 27.7 (1) (a) of Article XXVII (“R-P” Community Unit Plan District) of Lincoln County’s

Zoning Regulations

 

7.            9:40 A.M.             Discuss and consider appointment of a temporary/permanent Lincoln County

Noxious Weed Superintendent

 

8.            10:00 A.M.          A.  Discuss and consider approving and adopting a resolution instituting

eminent domain proceedings on Tract No. 5 in Project No. RRZ-1390(3), Control No. 61416,

regarding project commonly known as Front Road Grade Separation, concerning real estate

owned by Jerome H. Steffes and Betty L. Steffes, husband and wife, subject to Notice of

Contract to David A. Steffes (married to Valerie J. Steffes), which is located in Section 29,

Township 14 North, Range 31 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Nebraska.

 

B.  Discuss and consider approving and adopting one of the below, to wit:

 

1.            A resolution instituting eminent domain proceedings on Tract 6, Option A, in Project

No. RRZ-1390(3), Control No. 61416, regarding project commonly known as Front Road

Grade Separation, concerning real estate owned by Valerie J. Steffes (married to David A.

Steffes), which is located in Section 29, Township 14 North, Range 31 West of the Sixth

Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Nebraska;

2.            A resolution instituting eminent domain proceedings on Tract 6, Option B, in Project

No. RRZ-1390(3), Control No. 61416, regarding project commonly known as Front Road

Grade Separation, concerning real estate owned by Valerie J. Steffes (married to David A.

Steffes), which is located in Section 29, Township 14 North, Range 31 West of the Sixth

Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Nebraska.

 

C.            Discuss and consider approving and adopting a resolution instituting eminent domain

proceedings on Tract No. 8 in Project No. RRZ-1390(3), Control No. 61416, regarding project

commonly known as Front Road Grade Separation, concerning real estate owned by David A.

Steffes and Valerie J. Steffes, husband and wife, which is located in Section 28, Township 14

North, Range 31 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Nebraska.
