Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on April 11, 2011 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.
1. Open with prayer
2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting held on
April 4, 2011
3. Consider the following:
* Claims and Treasurer’s Receipts
* Fee reports submitted by County Clerk, Clerk of District Court, County Treasurer,
County Court and County Sheriff
* Right of Way Permits submitted by Valley Pro
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
4. 9:15 A.M. Consider the following:
* Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on April 4, 2011
* Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
* Motor Vehicle Exemption Application
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

for an event to be held at the fairgrounds on May 14, 2011
6. 9:30 A.M. Discuss and consider action concerning Lincoln County Noxious Weed
Control Superintendent
7. 9:45 A.M. Discuss and consider approving the following Administrative Settlement Report,
entering The county of Lincoln into the following contracts, and giving authority to the
Chairman to sign the below documents, concerning the construction of a new viaduct in
Lincoln County (Front Road Grade Separation), Project No. RRZ-1390(3), and State Control
No. 61416, to wit:
A. Administrative Settlement Report concerning real estate owned by Arline Kumor, a
widow. Offer being $135,000. The real estate is located in Section 29, Township 14
North, Range 31 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, in the County of Lincoln,
Nebraska.
B. Temporary Easement Contract with Arline Kumor, a widow, acquiring a temporary
easement to certain real estate, owned by Arline Kumor, for $88,200. The real estate
is located in Section 29, Township 14 North, Range 31 West of the Sixth Principal
Meridian, in the County of Lincoln, Nebraska
C. Partial Acquisition Contract with Arline Kumor, a widow, purchasing certain
real estate, owned by Arline Kumor, for $46,800.00. The real estate is located in
Section 29, Township 14 North, Range 31 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, in the
County of Lincoln, Nebraska.
D. Acquisition contract of leasehold interest with Gary Kuhlmann and Randy Kuhlmann
acquiring leasehold interest to certain real estate, possessedby Gary Kuhlmann and
Randy Kuhlmann, for $25.00 The real estate is located in Section 29, Township 14
North, Range 31 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, in the County of Lincoln,
Nebraska.
8. 9:50 A.M. Discuss and consider approving and adopting one of the below, to wit:
1. A resolution instituting eminent domain proceedings on Tract No. 10, Option A,
in Project No. RRZ-1390(3), Control No. 61416, regarding project commonly
known as Front Road Grade Separation, concerning real estate owned by Olson
Farms, Inc., which is located in Section 27, Township 14 North, Range 32 West
of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Nebraska;

2. A resolution instituting eminent domain proceeding on Tract No. 10, Option B,
in Project No. RRZ-1390(3), Control No. 61416, regarding project commonly
known as Front Road Grade Separation, concerning real estate owned by Olson
Farms, Inc., which is located in Section 27, Township 14 North, Range 32 West
of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Nebraska
9. 9:55 A.M. Discuss and consider approving and adopting one of the below, to wit:
1. A resolution instituting eminent domain proceedings on Tract No. 14, Option A,
in Project No. RRZ-1390(3), Control No. 61416, regarding project commonly
known as Front Road Grade Separation, concerning real estate owned by Olson
Farms, Inc., which is located in Section Twenty-Six (26), Township Fourteen (14)
North, Range Thirty-Two(32), West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Nebraska;

2. A resolution instituting eminent domain proceedings on Tract No. 14, Option B,
in Project No. RRZ-1390(3), Control No. 61416, regarding project commonly
known as Front Road Grade Separation, concerning real estate owned by Olson
Farms, Inc., which is located in Section Twenty-Six (26), Township Fourteen (14)
North, Range Thirty-Two (32), West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Nebraska.
10. 10:00 A.M. Discuss and consider accepting bids for a Civil Process program for the
