Because of a conflict of interest in the Lincoln County Attorney’s Office – Discuss and consider hiring an attorney to represent THE COUNTY OF LINCOLN, NEBRASKA as condemnee (concerning real estate taxes) to four Petitions to Condemn property filed by THE COUNTY OF LINCOLN, NEBRASKA, in County Court of Lincoln County, Nebraska, Case Nos. CI 11-948, CI 11-1074, CI 11-1177, CI 11-1180.
