Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on October 24, 2011 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

1.            Open with prayer

 

2.            Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting held

on October 17, 2011

 

3.            Consider the following:

v  Claims and Treasurer’s Receipts

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of

Equalization.

 

4.            9:15 A.M.             Consider the following:

v  Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on

October 17, 2011

v  Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

 

5.            9:30 A.M.             Discuss and consider adoption of a resolution establishing the Commissioners

  Districts and Voting Precinct Lines for Lincoln County, Nebraska using the most recent Federal

census data completed in 2010

 

6.            10:00 A.M.          Discuss and consider special designated liquor permit submitted by Donald

E. Garrick for the Miss Rodeo Nebraska Send Off on November 12, 2011 at the Lincoln County

Fairgrounds

 

7.            10:30 A.M.          Closed session for strategy session concerning collective bargaining with

F.O.P. Lodge #26

 

8.            11:30 A.M.          Introduction – Sue Warner – Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Nebraska
