v Fee reports submitted by the County Clerk, County Sheriff and County Court
v Resolution giving Lincoln County Commissioner, Willis Roethemeyer, authority
to protect Lincoln County’s rights and remedies with regard to the claim filed by
Roche Constructors, Inc. and authority to work with Treanor Architects, P.A.
v Resolution for substitution of securities by Farmer State Bank of Wallace as
pledged to the County Treasurer
v Resolution for decreasing securities by Wells Fargo Bank as pledged to the
County Treasurer
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

v Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization held on
October 31, 2011
v Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and
reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

6. 9:30 A.M. Closed session concerning strategy regarding potential litigation
and to protect attorney client privilege, which is clearly necessary to protect the
public interest
