2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting held on
June 11, 2012
3. Consider the following:
* Claims and Treasurer’s Receipts
* Fee report submitted by County Treasurer and County Sheriff
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioner’s and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
4. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
* Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on
June 11, 2012
* Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
* Closed session concerning strategy regarding litigation to protect attorney client privilege,
which is clearly necessary to protect the public interest
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
5. 9:30 A.M. Discuss and consider appointment of Rodney Rayburn to the Lincoln County Planning Commission to fulfill the term of Bob Mann.
6. 9:45 A.M. Discuss and consider special designated liquor permit submitted by Alamo Bar,
Inc. for a wedding reception to be held on August 25, 2012 at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds.
