2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held on August 20, 2012
3. Consider the following:
- · Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
- · Fee report submitted by the County Sheriff
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
4. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- · Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on August 20, 2012
- · Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- · Change of valuation as submitted by the County Assessor
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
5. 9:30 A.M. Discuss and consider adoption of a resolution by the Lincoln County
Board of Commissioners determining final allocation of levy for political subdivisions
under the county levy

6. 9:50 A.M. Discuss and consider appointment of Marlene Flaming to the Lincoln County Planning Commission for a 3 year term
7. 10:00 A.M. Receive comments from Lincoln County Clerk, Becky Rossell, and the Lincoln County Planning Administrator, Judy Clark: Informing the Board that more than sixty (60) days have passed since referral was made by the Lincoln County Board requesting comments from the Lincoln County Planning Commission regarding the conformity of the proposed acquisition to comprehensive planning for the area submitted by Wetlands America Trust, Inc., that is acquiring a conservation easement on real property owned by Double Dog Ranch, LLC, located in Section 6 & 7, Township 13 North, Range 34 West of the 6thP.M., Lincoln County, Nebraska; and that no comments have been received from the Lincoln County Planning Commission, nor has any comments been made by the Lincoln County Planning Commission.
Discuss and consider approving the proposed acquisition submitted by Wetlands America Trust, Inc., that is acquiring a conservation easement on real property owned by Double Dog Ranch, LLC, located in Section 6 & 7, Township 13 North, Range 34 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Nebraska.
