2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held on October 15, 2012
3. Consider the following:
- · Claims & Treasurer’ Receipts
- · Substitution of securities by NebraskaLand National Bank as pledged to the County
Treasurer
- · Fee report submitted by the County Sheriff
- · Authorizing the chairman to sign the Sub-Grant agreement and Amendment Two for Child Support Enforcement Services/Clerk of District Court
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
4. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- · Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on October 15, 2012
- · Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

overtime enforcement mini grant applications for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office
6. 9:30 A.M. Public hearing on resolution to approve tax-exempt bond financing
by Hospital Authority No. 1 of Lincoln County, Nebraska, for the benefit of North
Platte, Nebraska Hospital Corporation, doing business as Great Plains Regional
Medical Center, in amount not to exceed $117,000,000
Consider approval of resolution
7. 10:00 A.M. Receive bids for 1 or 2 new or used maintainers for the Lincoln
County Department of Roads
Consider acceptance of bid
8. 10:15 A.M. Closed session concerning strategy regarding litigation and to protect
attorney client privilege, which is clearly necessary to protect the public interest
