Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on October 29, 2012 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

1.         Open with prayer

 

2.         Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held on October 22, 2012

 

3.         Consider the following:

  • ·         Claims & Treasurer’ Receipts
  • ·         Approval of report from County Treasurer on property taxes which are uncollectible and need to be stricken per Nebraska State Statute 77-1738
  • ·         Receive and order filed the Final Report of Distress Warrants issued in Lincoln County, Nebraska as submitted by the County Treasurer
  • ·         Appointment of Dan Manookin as Lincoln County Building & Grounds Director
  • ·         Authorizing the chairman to sign a corrected 2012-2013 Community Connections

Juvenile Services Aid Enhancement Grant Award and Sub-Grant Special Conditions

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

 

4.         9:15 A.M.       Discuss and consider the following:

  • ·         Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on October 22, 2012

  • ·         Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

maintainers for the Lincoln County Department of Roads

 

6.         9:45 A.M.       Discuss and consider a Resolution authorizing the chairman to sign a Construction Engineering Task Order Agreement between Lincoln County, Nebraska and Mainelli Wagner & Associates, Inc. for Project RRZ TMT-DPU-1390(3), Control No. 61416 (Birdwood/Front Road Grade Separation)

 

7.         10:00 A.M.     Receive bids for one pickup truck for the Lincoln County
