Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners to be held on November 19, 2012 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:00 A.M.

 

Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on November 19, 2012 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

1.         Open with prayer

 

2.         Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held on November 13, 2012

 

3.         Consider the following:

  • ·         Claims & Treasurer’ Receipts
  • ·         Authorizing Sutherland Cemetery to allow multiple county burials on one plot as requested by family members
  • ·         Agreement for professional services with ME Group for window replacement design for the Courthouse and construction administration services
  • ·         Fee report submitted by County Treasurer
  • ·         Right of way application as submitted by Consolidated Companies

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

 

4.         9:15 A.M.       Discuss and consider the following:

  • ·         Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on November 13, 2012

  • ·         Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

5.         9:30 A.M.        Discuss and consider File No. SU12-004 an application by BBMC, Land., Ltd. for

approval of McPheeters Administrative Subdivision which will subdivide a 1.04 acre agricultural site from an existing 40 acre parcel of land in an A-1 Agricultural District located south and east of Brady at 23998 S McPheeters Road

 

6.            9:35 A.M.                                                                                                                                                                                      a.   Discuss and set Public Hearing Date to discuss the new comprehensive development plan recommended by the Lincoln County Planning Commission and to instruct the Lincoln County Clerk to have the Public Hearing advertised as required by law.

 

b.            Discuss and set Public Hearing Date to discuss the new zoning regulations

(zoning resolution) recommended by the Lincoln County Planning Commission and to instruct

the Lincoln County Clerk to have the Public Hearing advertised as required by law.

 

c.             Discuss and set Public Hearing Date to discuss the new subdivision regulations

recommended by the Lincoln County Planning Commission and to instruct the Lincoln

County Clerk to have the Public Hearing advertised as required by law.

7.            9:45 A.M.             Discuss and consider special designated liquor permit submitted by Sculley

LLC for an event to be held on December 22, 2012 at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds
