Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on December 10, 2012 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.
1. Open with prayer
2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held on December 3, 2012
3. Consider the following:
- · Claims & Treasurer’ Receipts
- · Fee report submitted by the County Sheriff, County Court and County Clerk
- · Cancellation of December 24, 2012 Commissioners meeting
- ·
Nebraska Department of Roads
- · Receive and order filed the June 30, 2012 Audit Report and place on file in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk
- · A three year engagement letter with Don Wilson, CPA for auditing services from 2013-2015
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
4. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- · Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on December 3, 2012
- · Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
5. 9:30 A.M. Discuss and consider request of Noxious Weed Dept. and County
Road Dept. to share a full time employee between the two departments
6. Conduct a quarterly inspection of the Lincoln County Detention Center.
