Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on February 4, 2013 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

1.         Open with prayer

 

2.         Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held on January 28, 2013

 

3.         Consider the following:

  • Claims & Treasurer’ Receipts
  • Agreement to provide surveying services for the State of Nebraska for Project No.

STP-23-2 (125) North Jct. US-83-West C.N. 61475

  • Fee report submitted by the County Sheriff
  • Right of way permit submitted by Custer Public Power District

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

 

4.         9:15 A.M.       Discuss and consider the following:

  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on January 28, 2013

  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
  • Motor vehicle tax exemption applications as submitted by the County Treasurer
  • Real & Personal Property Tax exemption applications submitted by Berean

Gilbert M. Rivera/Anchor In for a Class C license (beer, wine, distilled spirits,

on & off sale)

 

6.         10:15 A.M.     Closed session concerning strategy regarding potential litigation

because of an apparent breach of contract and to protect attorney client privilege, which is clearly necessary to protect the public interest
