Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on April 1, 2013 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.
1. Open with prayer
2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held on March 25, 2013
3. Consider the following:
- Claims & Treasurer’ Receipts
- Right of way permits submitted by Source Gas, Laubner Brothers and Hershey Telephone
- Addition of securities by NebraskaLand National Bank as pledged to the County Clerk
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
4. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on March 25, 2013
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- Motor vehicle tax exemption applications
- Granting a waiver to the North Platte Community Playhouse for the County Assessor
to examine the application, recommend status and assess a penalty for filing a
late application
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
5. 9:20 A.M. Consider acceptance of a bid for one new or used semi truck for the
Lincoln County Department of Roads
6. 9:30 A.M. Consider acceptance of a bid for one new or used ¾ ton pickup truck
for the Lincoln County Department of Roads
7. 9:35 A.M. Discuss and consider setting a date to accept bids for asphalt for the
Lincoln County Department of Roads
8. 9:40 A.M. Discuss and consider setting a date to accept bids for armor coat for
the Lincoln County Department of Roads
9. 12:00 P.M. Meet with elected officials and department heads
