Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on July 22, 2013 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

1.         Open with prayer

 

2.         Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held on July 15, 2013

 

3.         Consider the following:

• Claims & Treasurer’ Receipts
• Authorizing the Chairman to sign the 2013 Community Connections Grant Award and

Subgrant Special Conditions

• Authorizing the Chairman to sign letter of engagement with McChesney Martin Sagehorn for budget services
• Authorizing the Chairman to sign letter of engagement with McChesney Martin

Sagehorn for audit services

• Authorizing the Chairman to sign the Community Based Juvenile Services Aid (LB 561)

Grant and the Enhancement Grant

• Receive and order filed the Condition of the Treasury of Lincoln County, NE from

January 1, 2013 – June 30, 2013

• Fee report submitted by the County Sheriff
• Authorizing the Chairman to sign the Clerk of District Court Child Support Enforcement

Subgrant Agreement

• Authorizing the Chairman to sign Region II Human Services Interlocal participation

agreement for 2013/2014

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

4.         9:15 A.M.       Discuss and consider the following:

• Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on July 15, 2013

• Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
• Letter of explanation for late filing of 2013 Homestead Exemption Application

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

 

5.         9:30 A.M.       Discuss and consider setting a date to accept bids for Records

Indexing & Imaging Software & Hardware for the Register of Deeds Office

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and reconvene as

the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

 

6.         9:45 A.M.       Discuss and consider 2013 Property Valuation Protests – Form 422

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
