Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on October 7, 2013 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.
1. Open with prayer
2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held on September 30, 2013
3. Consider the following:
- Claims & Treasurer’ Receipts
- Authorizing the Vice Chairman to sign the Federal Grant Award & Subgrant Special
Conditions for the 2013 VOCA Victim Assistance Grant (2013-VA-GX-0012)
- Authorizing the Chairman to sign the Certification Statement for Lincoln County’s
completed Cost Allocation Plan for fiscal year ended June 30, 2012
- Authorizing the Chairman to sign a surveying agreement with the Nebraska
Department of Roads for Project No. L56C (1010)
- Fee reports submitted by the County Clerk, Clerk of District Court & County Court
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
4. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on September 30, 2013
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- Adoption of resolution to set the 2013 tax levies for all political subdivisions which
are headquartered in Lincoln County
- Motor vehicle tax exemption applications
- Notice of valuation changes as submitted by the County Assessor
