Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on November 17, 2014 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

1.         Open with prayer

 

2.         Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held November 10, 2014

 

3.         Consider the following:

  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipt
  • Fee reports submitted by the Register of Deeds and County Treasurer

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

 

4.         9:15 A.M.       Discuss and consider the following:

  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on November 10, 2014

  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor

 

Recess or adjourn to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

Counties to the West Central District Health Department

6.         9:45 A.M.       Discuss and consider referring a proposed acquisition to and

receive from the Lincoln County Planning Commission regarding the conformity

of the proposed acquisition comprehensive planning for the area submitted by

The Nebraska Land Trust Incorporated, that is acquiring a conservation

easement on real property owned by Todd McWha and Laura McWha, husband

and wife, located in the South 500 feet of the West 750 feet of Section 7 and the West ½ of the North ½ of the North ½ (W ½ N ½ N ½) of Section 18; Township 16 North, Range 33 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Nebraska and All of Section 12; Township 16 North, Range 34 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Nebraska. A

copy of said document (includes complete legal description of the real estate) is

available for public inspection at the office of the Lincoln County Clerk.

 

Discuss and consider referring a proposed acquisition to and receive from the

Lincoln County Planning Commission regarding the conformity of the proposed acquisition comprehensive planning for the area submitted by The Nebraska Land

Trust Incorporated, that is acquiring a conservation easement on real property owned by Terrance O. Waite and Karen Waite, husband and wife, located in All except the South 500 feet of the West 750 feet of Section 7 and the East ½ of the North ½ of the North ½ (E ½ N ½ N ½) of Section 18; Township 16 North, Range 33 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Nebraska. .
