2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held May 18, 2015

3. Consider the following:

Claims & Treasurer’s Receipt

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

4. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:

Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on May 18, 2015

Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
Motor vehicle tax exemption application

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

5. 9:20 A.M. Discuss and consider acknowledging receipt of Resolution No.

AM15-001 from the Lincoln County Planning Commission, concerning the proposed

amendment titled “PROPOSAL AMENDING ARTICLE 11: Amendments,” which

amends Article 11 of the “Zoning Regulations of The county of Lincoln, Nebraska.”

6. 9:30 A.M. Discuss and consider an agreement between Lincoln County, Nebraska

and Wayne Dowhower Construction, Inc., for Lincoln County Courthouse HVAC Phase

2 and Lighting Remodel

7. 9:40 A.M. Closed session regarding a strategy session concerning pending

litigation, and to protect attorney client privilege, which is clearly necessary to protect

the public interest
