  • Fee report submitted by the County Sheriff

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

  1. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on February16, 2016

  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
  • Motor vehicle tax exemption application as submitted by the County Treasurer

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

Discuss and consider entering The county of Lincoln [County] into an amended escrow agreement with Mid-Nebraska Community Foundation, Inc., [Foundation], and Title Services of the Plains, LLC, [Escrow Agent], regarding the County receiving matching funds from the Foundation concerning the project known as “Lake Maloney Hiking and Biking Trail, Phase 2.”  A copy of the Amendment to Escrow Agreement is available at the Lincoln County Clerk’s Office for Public Inspection.

Club of North Platte, Inc. for a fundraiser on March 17, 2016 at Harbor Lights

  1. 9:50 A.M. Discuss and consider declaring the county’s scrap iron in the

Lincoln County Road Department to be surplus property, which is obsolete or

unusable by the county

 

Discuss and consider what value to place on the surplus property (scrap iron)

located at the Lincoln County Road Department

 

Discuss and consider selling surplus property (scrap iron) to Alter Metals Recycling

for $30 a ton, contingent on the total value of the surplus property (scrap iron) being

under $2,500
