- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on June 13, 2016
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
- 9:20 A.M. Discuss and consider purchase of an 850 Ballot Scanner from Election Systems and Software.
6. 9:30 A.M. Public hearing to receive comments concerning “PROPOSAL AMENDING ARTICLE 11: Amendments” of the “Zoning Regulations of The county of Lincoln, Nebraska,” which has been recommend by the Lincoln County Planning Commission.
The proposed changes are only in regards to the Amendments Article (“Article 11: Amendments”) of the “Zoning Regulations of The county of Lincoln, Nebraska,” for the purpose of providing clarity in the procedure of considering proposed Amendments, and most particularly the “Notice of Hearing” process.
- 9:45 A.M. Discuss and consider appointment of Amy Johnston as an Advisory Board Member to the North Platte/Lincoln County Visitors Bureau.
Discuss and consider reappointment of Alan Perlinger to the North Platte/Lincoln County Visitors Bureau Advisory Board.
- 9:50 A.M. Discuss and consider the purchase and permit fees for two rail storage containers to be placed behind the North Platte/Lincoln County Visitors Bureau Office.
- 10:00 A.M. Discuss and consider approval of a conservation easement on property owned by Fowl Language LLC (Shane Roth), the easement would be held by Wetlands America Trust Inc.. The conservation easement is located on approximately 219 acres described as Pt of Government Lots 6 and 7 & Accretions in Section 36, Township 14 North, Range 34 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Nebraska and Pt of Lots 3,4,5,6, & Accretions in Section 31, Township 14, North, Range 33 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County Nebraska.
- 10:15 A.M. Discuss cash lease agreement lease with State of Nebraska for Craft State Office Building space used by Department of Health and Human Services.
