The Lincoln County Courthouse was closed on January 22, 2018. The Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and Lincoln County Board of Equalization regularly scheduled board meetings were cancelled due to weather.
Chairman Deterding called an emergency meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners to be held on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:00 A.M.
Present were Commissioners Deterding, Henry and County Clerk, Rossell. Commissioner Hewgley was absent.
Motion by Henry, seconded by Deterding to approve the claims for accounts payable and payroll. Upon roll call vote Henry and Deterding voted “aye”. Nays, none. Hewgley absent.
The other agenda items that were on the January 22, 2018 agenda will be rescheduled for upcoming regularly scheduled Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and Lincoln County Board of Equalization meetings.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:02 A.M.
Advance notice and the agenda for the January 24, 2018 emergency board meeting were sent to members of the county board, county attorney and all others requesting the same. Advance public notice (includes agenda) of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting and the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting was posted at the Lincoln County Courthouse, City Hall and the Lincoln County Website on January 23, 2018; and was also emailed to the media on January 23, 2018.
The agenda for the meetings to be held on Monday, January 29, 2018 will be continually current and open for inspection at the office of the Lincoln County Clerk. The regular meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners will be held at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:00 A.M. The regular meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization will be held at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.
