- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
- Authorize the Chairman to sign the County/City lottery sales outlet renewal application for North Platte Hospitality Inc.
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
- 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on March 26, 2018
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- Motor vehicle tax exemption applications
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

Joint Meeting and a Joint Public Hearing with the Lincoln County Weed Control Authority to hear public comment and receive written comments regarding designating the Yellow Flag Iris (scientific name being Iris pseudacorus) to be under the Lincoln County Control Program (noxious weed in Lincoln County).

- 10:00 A.M. Receive the recommendation from the Lincoln County Security Committee in regards to establishing “Lincoln County Security Procedures.”
Discuss and consider adopting a Resolution regarding establishing the “Lincoln County Security Procedures.”
- 10:15 A.M. Discuss and consider entering The county of Lincoln [County] into an amended escrow agreement with Mid-Nebraska Community Foundation, Inc., [Foundation], and Title Services of the Plains, LLC, [Escrow Agent], regarding the County receiving matching funds from the Foundation concerning the project known as “Lake Maloney Hiking and Biking Trail, Phase IV.” A copy of the Amendment to Escrow Agreement is available at the Lincoln County Clerk’s Office for Public Inspection.
