- Fee report submitted by the County Clerk
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
- 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on July 9, 2018
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- Late homestead exemption application filed by Frances Pacheco
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
- 9:30 A.M. Discuss, consider and acknowledge receipt of tort claim filed by Talia Stasser concerning damage to vehicle while assessing property for Lincoln County.
- 9:45 A.M. Update the County Board on the South River Road Project Disaster 4225 and ask for directions from the County Board.
- 10:00 A.M. Discuss and consider authorizing the County Board Chairman to sign the Grant Award and Special Conditions approved by the Nebraska Crime Commission Funding Panel.
