- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held on July 23, 2018
- Consider the following:
- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
- Condition of the Treasury from January 1, 2018 to June 30, 2018 as submitted by the County Treasurer
- Resolution directing the County Treasurer to issues tax sale certificates to Lincoln County on those parcels which are two years delinquent on real estate taxes or special assessments
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
- 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on July 23, 2018
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- Late filings of Homestead Exemption applications
- Notice of valuation changes as submitted by the County Assessor
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
