Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on March 16, 2020 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

  1. Open with prayer

 

  1. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held March 9, 2020

 

  1. Consider the following:
  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
  • Authorizing the Chairman to sign the right of way permit submitted by Custer Public Power District
  • Adoption of Resolution of withdrawal of securities as pledged to the Lincoln County Clerk
  • Authorizing the Chairman to sign the county lottery renewal form for the NE Dept. of Revenue Gaming Division
  • Receive and order filed the fee report submitted by the County Sheriff

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

  1. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on March 9, 2020

  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

Chairman to sign any necessary paperwork for the establishment of the NFIT

account for the Lincoln County Treasurer

 

  1. 9:45 A.M. Discuss and consider setting a date to accept bids for LCDOR-2020-01

overlay projects

 

  1. 9:50 A.M. Discuss and consider options for Eugene Ave. truck traffic

 

  1. 10:15 A.M. Closed session concerning strategy session regarding pending

litigation and to protect attorney client privilege, which is clearly necessary to protect

the public interest
