- Receive and order filed the Condition of the Treasury of Lincoln County, Nebraska from
July 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020
- Receive and order filed the fee report submitted by the County Sheriff
- Authorizing the Chairman to sign a contract with Weathercraft for the Lincoln County
Courthouse roofing project
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on January 19, 2021
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
