Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on February 8, 2021 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

  1. Open with prayer

 

  1. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held February 1, 2021

 

  1. Consider the following:
  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
  • Adoption of Resolution appointing county depositories for 2021
  • Receive and order filed the fee reports submitted by the Register of Deeds, Clerk of District Court and County Clerk
  • Authorizing the Chairman to sign the 2021-2025 Electronic Registration System

Agreement with the State of Nebraska, Vital Records Section

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

  1. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on February 1, 2021

  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

to negotiate with UNMC on claims for James Mitchell

  1. 10:15 A.M. Closed session concerning strategy session regarding pending litigation

and to protect attorney client privilege, which is clearly necessary to protect the public

interest
