Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on May 3, 2021 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

  1. Open with prayer

 

  1. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held April 26, 2021

 

  1. Consider the following:
  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
  • Adoption of Resolution authorizing the sale of obsolete culverts by Lincoln County Department of Roads
  • Adoption of Resolution authorizing all fees related to distress warrants to be paid out of the General Fund

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

  1. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on April 26, 2021

  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
  • Motor vehicle tax exemption applications submitted by the County Treasurer

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

  1. 9:45 A.M. Receive bids on a used water truck for Lincoln County Dept. of Roads

9          10:20 A.M.     Discuss and consider the appointment of Ty Lucas to the West Central

District Health Department Board of Health as Lincoln County’s Spirited Individual for

a three year term

 

  1. 10:30 A.M. Discuss and consider Lincoln County Employee dental benefit options

 

If applicable, Discuss and consider authorizing the Chairman to sign the dental     application form with Ameritas
