The Emergency Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners scheduled for July 30, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. was cancelled. A letter of resignation was submitted by Lincoln County Treasurer, Shelli Franzen, effective immediately. Therefore, an emergency meeting was not justified.
