Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners to be held on November 8, 2021 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:00 A.M.

 

Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on November 8, 2021 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

  1. Open with prayer

 

  1. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting held on November 1, 2021

 

  1. Consider the following:
  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
  • Receive and order filed the fee report submitted by the County Clerk and Clerk of District Court
  • Receive and order filed treasurers report on distress warrants sent to County Sheriff for collection

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

  1. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on November 1, 2021
  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

 

  1. 9:25 A.M. Discuss and consider authorizing Chairman to sign the National Association of VOCA Assistance Administrators 2022 National Crime Victims’ Rights    Week grant application

 

  1. 9:30 A.M. Discuss and consider application by SWEB, LLC for Blakely 2nd  Administrative Subdivision to consolidate 3 lots into 1 lot on property described as Lots 7,8 and 9 Campbell Estates Second Subdivision of Pt of the SE ¼ of 7-12-30 west of  the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, NE

  1. 9:45 A.M. Receive bids for three pickup trucks for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office

  1. 10:30 A.M.    Discuss and consider informal bids on a water truck for Lincoln County Department of Roads

 

  1. 10:40 A.M. Discuss and consider setting date to accept bids on motor graders for Lincoln County Department of Roads Hear concerns from Elected Officials, Department Heads, and their representative
