Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on November 15, 2021 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

  1. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held on November 8, 2021

 

  1. Consider the following:
  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
  • Receive and order filed the fee report submitted by the Register of Deeds
  • Adopt resolution to authorize the closure of the Lincoln County Jail Bond Account at FNBO
  • Authorize the Chairman to sign a contract with Level, LLC on granite for Lincoln County Department of Roads
  • Authorize the Chairman to sign Form 35K – County Lottery Annual Report

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

  1. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on November 8, 2021

  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
  • Motor vehicle tax exemption application as submitted by the County Treasurer
  • Notice of valuation change as submitted by the County Assessor
