Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on November 29, 2021 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

  1. Open with prayer

 

  1. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held on November 22, 2021

 

  1. Consider the following:
  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
  • Adoption of Resolution No. 2021-40 authorizing the County Treasurer to transfer excess funds in the Jail Building Fund to the Jail Bond Fund

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

  1. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on November 22, 2021

  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
  • Motor vehicle tax exemption application submitted by the County Treasurer

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

for interim grant administration of State & Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) for

Lincoln County for the priorities that need immediate funding assistance

 

Discuss and consider publication of notice of funding and setting the initial deadline

for receipt of applications for State & Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF)

 

  1. 10:00 A.M. Receive bids for Sarben Guardrail Project to include the following

projects:  1) dirt work only, 2) guardrail installation only and 3) dirt work and guardrail

installation
