- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting held on February 14, 2022
- Consider the following:
- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
- Receive and order filed the fee report submitted by the County Sheriff
- Authorize Chairman to sign right of way application submitted by Pete Baumgartner
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
- 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on February 14, 2022
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- Real & Personal Property Tax Exemption Applications submitted by the County Assessor
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
- 9:30 A.M. Discuss and consider additional funding for the Midwest Nebraska Problem Solving Court (Drug Court) for defense counsel
- 9:45 A.M. Update by D. A. Davidson on possible 2022 Refunding Bonds
