Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners to be held on June 13, 2022 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:10 A.M.

 

Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on June 13, 2022 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:20 A.M.

 

  1. Open with prayer

 

  1. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held on June 6, 2022

 

  1. Consider the following:
  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
  • Authorizing the Chairman to sign the Allstate Benefits Customer Agreement in conjunction with TBX Benefit Services
  • Authorizing the Chairman to sign Addendum Two to the Electronic Government Level Services Agreement between NIC Nebraska and Lincoln County
  • Receive and order filed the fee report submitted by the County Clerk
  • Adopt Resolution No. 2022-09 transferring $10,000 from the Misc. General Fund to the Retirement Fund
  • Authorizing the Chairman to sign the quarterly federal excise tax return to submit the PCORI fee implemented to fund research as part of the Affordable Care Act
  • Authorizing the Chairman to sign an agreement with William Troshynski to provide legal services for Lincoln County for guardianship and conservatorship matters
  • Authorizing the Chairman to sign an agreement with Martin Troshynkski to provide legal services for Lincoln County for criminal and juvenile matters

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on June 6, 2022

  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

 

  1. 9:30 A.M. Discuss and consider the cooperative services agreement with USDA

for wildlife services

 

  1. 9:40 A.M. Discuss and consider an interlocal agreement for the provision of

Cooperative Extension Services

 

Closed session to discuss strategy with respect to pending or imminent litigation, real estate purchase, deployment of security personnel and devices or evaluation of job performance as to prevent needless injury to reputation (if necessary)
