Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on September 26, 2022, at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

  1. Open with prayer

 

  1. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held on September 19, 2022

 

  1. Consider the following:
  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
  • Authorizing the Chairman to sign the right-of-way permit submitted by Custer Public Power District
  • Receive and order filed the fee report submitted by the County Sheriff
  • Authorize the Chairman to sign Donation of Temporary Construction Easement with Gary Trego
  • Resolution No. 2022-23 directing the County Attorney to foreclosure and sell “A” tax sale certificates
  • Acceptance of resignation of Paul Cooper as Veterans Service Officer effective September 30, 2022
  • Authorizing the Chairman to sign a letter stating that the county is aware that the Lincoln County Ag Society is raising funds to erect a building on property owned or controlled by Lincoln County
  • Authorizing the Chairman to sign a software license agreement with iCrimeFighter Enterprise for the County Attorney’s office

 

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

  1. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on September 19, 2022

  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

 

  1. 9:30 A.M. Discuss and consider an interlocal agreement with the City of North

Platte for maintenance of roads by the county in the city jurisdiction

 

Discuss and consider an interlocal agreement with the City of North Platte for

Maintenance of roads by the city in the county jurisdiction

 

Discuss and consider dispatch services by the city for the Lincoln County

Sheriff’s Office

 

  1. 9:40 A.M. Discuss and consider entering into an interlocal agreement with the

City of North Platte for the provision of law enforcement mutual aid and grant        authority to the North Platte Police Department to operate outside the jurisdiction of the City of North Platte in certain circumstances

 

  1. Lincoln County Employee Recognition

 

Closed session to discuss strategy with respect to pending or imminent litigation, real estate purchase, deployment of security personnel and devices or evaluation of job performance as to prevent needless injury to reputation (if necessary)
