- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held on October 31, 2022
- Consider the following:
- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
- Authorizing the Chairman to sign a right-of-way permit submitted by Allo Communications
- Receive and order filed the final report of distress warrants issued in Lincoln County, NE by the County Treasurer
- Authorizing the Chairman to sign Form 35K for annual Keno filing by Lincoln County to the Nebraska Department of Revenue
- Receive and order filed the fee report submitted by the Register of Deeds
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
- 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on October 31, 2022
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- Motor vehicle tax exemption applications as submitted by the County Treasurer
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

Liquor and Tobacco for a wedding reception to be held at CB’s Hideaway on

- 9:40 A.M. Discuss and consider adoption of Resolution No. 2022-31 supporting
Operation Green Light for Veterans
- 10:00 A.M. Receive bids for a used motor grader with trade for Lincoln County
Department of Roads
Consider acceptance of bid
- 10:15 A.M. Receive bids for three new ½ ton 4-wheel drive 4 door pickup trucks
for Lincoln County Department of Roads
Consider acceptance of bid
Closed session to discuss strategy with respect to pending or imminent litigation, real estate purchase, deployment of security personnel and devices or evaluation of job performance as to prevent needless injury to reputation (if necessary)
