Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on June 28, 2021 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

  1. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held June 21, 2021

 

  1. Consider the following:
  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
  • Authorize Chairman to sign contract with ES&S for Balotar hardware & software for Lincoln County Clerk/Election Commissioner

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

  1. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on June 21, 2021

  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
  • Late Filing of exemption application submitted on real property by Hebrew Torah Center

  • Motor vehicle tax exemption applications submitted by the County Treasurer
  • Notice of property valuation changes as submitted by the County Assessor

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

 

  1. 9:30 A.M. Discuss and consider authorizing the Chairman to sign Local Political             Subdivision Acquisition contract with Gary Trego, trustee of the Gary M. Trego GST

Discuss and consider authorizing the Chairman to sign a donation of temporary

construction easement with Gary Trego, trustee of the Gary M. Trego GST Trust,
