Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners to be held on October 4, 2021 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:00 A.M.

 

Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on October 4, 2021 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

  1. Open with prayer

 

  1. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting held on September 27, 2021

 

  1. Consider the following:
  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
  • Authorize the Chairman to sign the right of way application submitted by Western Irrigation & Rodney Anderson
  • Receive and order filed the Final Report of Distress Warrants issued in Lincoln County, Nebraska by the County Treasurer
  • Authorize the Chairman to sign the special designated liquor license application resubmitted by Big Red Liquor @ The Barn for a fundraiser at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds on October 14, 2021
  • Authorize the Chairman to sign the special designated liquor license application resubmitted by Big Red Liquor @ The Barn for a wedding at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds on October 23, 2021
  • Resolution directing the County Treasurer to issue tax sale certificates to Lincoln County on those parcels which are three years delinquent on real estate taxes or special assessments.

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on September 27, 2021
  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
  • Motor vehicle tax exemption applications submitted by the County Treasurer
  • Homestead Rejection appeals filed by Jerome Riewe and Vern Harris

 

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

  1. 9:40 A.M. Discuss and consider remodel request for Lincoln County Court Judges

 

  1. 9:45 A.M. Discuss and consider an agreement with the City of North Platte for  Dispatch Services

 

Discuss and consider an agreement with the City of North Platte for Emergency Management Services

 

Discuss and consider an agreement with the City of North Platte for Network Services

 

Discuss and consider an agreement with the City of North Platte for maintenance  of roads in the City’s jurisdiction

 

Discuss and consider an agreement with the City of North Platte for maintenance of roads in the County’s jurisdiction

 

  1. 9:55 A.M. Discuss and consider setting a date to accept bids for granite for Lincoln County Department of Roads

  1. 10:05 A.M. Closed session concerning strategy session regarding pending litigation and to protect attorney client privilege, which is clearly necessary to protect the public
