- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held on February 7, 2022
- Consider the following:
- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
- Receive and order filed the fee reports submitted by the County Sheriff, Register of Deeds and Clerk of District Court
- Adoption of Resolution 2022-08 directing the County Attorney to foreclose on tax
sale certificate 5H
- Authorizing the Chairman to sign the 2022-2023 Universal grant agreement with the North Platte/Lincoln County Visitors Bureau for the 100th Courthouse Anniversary Celebration
- Authorizing the Chairman to sign the right-of-way application submitted by Custer Public Power District
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
- 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on February 7, 2022
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
- 9:30 A.M. Discuss and consider the federal Juneteenth holiday for non-union
Lincoln County employees
