Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on August 15, 2022, at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

  1. Open with prayer

 

  1. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting held on August 8, 2022

 

  1. Consider the following:
  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
  • Authorizing the Chairman to sign special designated liquor application for a wedding reception at Old Depot Vineyard & Winery on 9-24-2022
  • Authorizing the Chairman to sign special designated liquor application for a private party at Old Depot Vineyard & Winery on 9-22-2022
  • Adoption of Resolution No. 2022-15 directing the Lincoln County Highway Supt. to do a study on a portion of Somerset Road owned by Hasenauer Acres, LLC, concerning possible vacation
  • Receive and order filed the fee report submitted by the County Sheriff
  • Authorizing the Chairman to sign an interlocal agreement with Keith County for inmate housing at Lincoln County Detention Center

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

  1. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on August 8, 2022
  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
  • Motor vehicle tax exemption application submitted by the County Treasurer
  • Notice of valuation change as submitted by the County Assessor

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

  1. 9:45 A.M. Discuss and consider authorizing the Region 51 Emergency Management Director to attend the International Association of Emergency Managers conference in

Discuss and consider generator for the Lincoln County Courthouse

 

  1. 10:00 A.M. Discuss and consider renewal of a skid steer rental/lease with Titan Machinery for Lincoln County Dept. of Roads

 

Discuss and consider purchase of a scraper for Lincoln County Dept. of Roads

 

  1. 10:15 A.M. Discuss and consider 3rd floor remodel for District Court Judges

 

Discuss and consider an additional bailiff for District Court Judges

 

Closed session to discuss strategy with respect to pending or imminent litigation, real estate purchase, deployment of security personnel and devices or evaluation of job performance as to prevent needless injury to reputation (if necessary)
