Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners to be held on July 29, 2013 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:00 A.M.
Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on July 29, 2013 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.
1. Open with prayer
2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held on July 22, 2013
3. Consider the following:
- Claims & Treasurer’ Receipts
- Terminating the Software Support Services of Manatron, Inc. – A Thomson Reuters
Business, and said termination shall go into effect on October 1, 2013, and furthermore,
give authority to the Lincoln County Clerk to give written notice of said termination to
Manatron, Inc. – A Thomsen Reuters Business
- Authorize the Chairman to sign an Addendum with the State of Nebraska – Dept. of
Administrative Services for office space located at the Craft State Office Building
- Authorize the Chairman to sign letter of engagement with Wood & Aitken for
employment training
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
4. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on July 22, 2013
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- Late filing of homestead exemption applications
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

6. 9:45 A.M. Discuss and consider special designated liquor license application
submitted by Sculleys LLC for an event to be held on August 9, 2013 at the Creekside
Event Center
7. 10:00 A.M. Discuss and consider authorizing the Chairman to sign the County
Attorney Child Support Enforcement Subgrant Agreement
8. 10:15 A.M. John Blake of Adrian Smith’s Office will report on current issues
being addressed in Washington D.C. by Congressman Smith
