held on March 21, 2016
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- Exemption application on real property for Fur the Love of PAWS Inc.

Community Based Juvenile Services Aid Grant
- 9:30 A.M. Discuss and consider entering The county of Lincoln [referred to as Lincoln County, Nebraska, in the Agreement] into an RECREATIONAL TRAILS PROGRAM (RIP) PROJECT AGREEMENT with the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission for the purpose of completing a project titled in this Agreement as “Lake Maloney Trail, Phase II.” A copy of the RECREATIONAL TRAILS PROGRAM (RTP) PROJECT AGREEMENT is available at the Lincoln County Clerk’s Office for Public Inspection.

Discuss and consider adopting a Resolution appointing the Lincoln County Planning Commission as the “Airport Zoning Commission” to recommend the boundaries of the various zones to be established and the regulations to be adopted concerning initial zoning of any airport hazard area under the Airport Zoning Act under the jurisdiction of The county of Lincoln.

County Courthouse to be surplus property, which is obsolete or unusable by the County
Discuss and consider what value to place on the surplus property (books) located at
the Lincoln County Courthouse
Discuss and consider selling the surplus property (books) which is obsolete or
unusable by Lincoln County and appointing a designated person responsible to sell
the surplus property (books) at a specified place, date and time, contingent that the
value of the property is less than $2,500
