- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held November 6, 2017
- Consider the following:
- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
- Receive and order filed the fee report submitted by the Register of Deeds, Clerk of District Court and County Treasurer
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
- 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on November 6, 2017
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- Motor vehicle tax exemption applications submitted by the County Treasurer
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
- 9:30 A.M. Receive bids for a tractor and a mower for Lincoln County Department of Roads

- 10:00 A.M. Discuss and consider general assistance appeal filed by Mandy Reed
- 10:15 A.M. Discuss and consider adopting a Resolution to establish a Security Committee, titled Lincoln County Security Committee, for the purpose of providing advice to the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners regarding security matters concerning county buildings, owned or leased by The county of Lincoln, and the land attached thereto.
Discuss and consider appointing five (5) individuals to the Lincoln County Security Committee for a three year term, one from the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, one from the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners, one who is a Lincoln County elected official, one who is a Lincoln County employee, and one individual (at large selection); and the term for these individuals shall commence on November 15, 2017.
Discuss and consider appointing five (5) individuals to the Lincoln County Security Committee for a two year term, one from the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, one from the Lincoln County Buildings and Grounds Department, one who is a Lincoln County employee, one from the Lincoln County Emergency Management Department, and one individual (at large selection); and the term for these individuals shall commence on November 15, 2017.
Discuss and consider appointing a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and Secretary for the initial meeting of the Lincoln County Security Committee.
