Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on January 2, 2018 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.
1. Open with prayer
2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting held December 26, 2017
3. Consider the following:
- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
- Authorize the chairman to sign the right of way submitted by Consolidated Company Inc.
- Setting the mileage rate at 54.5 cents per mile effective January 1, 2018 per NE Dept. of Administrative Services
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
4. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on December 26, 2017
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- Motor vehicle tax exemption applications as submitted by the County Treasurer
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
5. 9:30 A.M. Discuss and consider authorizing the Chairman to sign the VOCA (Victim Witness Unit) grant award (17-VA-0246), subgrant special conditions and letter concerning the 2016 VOCA grant
