Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on March 22, 2021 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

  1. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held March 15, 2021

 

  1. Consider the following:
  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
  • Authorizing the Chairman to sign a contract with gWorks for re-districting services

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on March 15, 2021

  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
  • Motor vehicle tax exemption applications submitted by the County Treasurer

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

and action on an application by Wesley and Kelly Kudera for an amendment to the

Lincoln County Comprehensive Development Plan 2013 Future Land Use Map to

amend certain lands from Transitional Agricultural to Urban Reserve located at the

intersection of East Suburban Road and North Highway 83 on property described

as part of the W ½ NW ¼ of Section15, Township 14 North, Range 30 West of the

6th P.M., North Platte, Lincoln County, Nebraska

on an application by Wesley and Kelly Kudera to rezone certain lands from a TA-1

Transitional Agricultural District to an R-2 Urban Density Residential District located

described as part of the W ½ NW ¼ of Section 15, Township 14 North, Range 30

West of the 6th P.M., North Platte, Lincoln County, Nebraska
