Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on May 17, 2021 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.
1. Open with prayer
2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held May 10, 2021
3. Consider the following:
• Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
• Authorizing the Chairman to sign the Blue Cross Blue Shield sub-group health insurance application from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022
• Receive and order filed the fee report submitted by the County Sheriff
• Authorize the Chairman to sign the special designated liquor permit submitted by GL Concepts for a wedding reception to be held at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds on June 5, 2021
• Authorize the Chairman to sign the special designated liquor permit submitted by La Casa Del Rios for a reception at Harbor Lights on May 29, 2021
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
4. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
• Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on May 10, 2021
• Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
• Motor vehicle tax exemption application submitted by the County Treasurer
• Proposed confession of judgment regarding the case of Katherine M. Rich, Appellant, vs. Lincoln County Board of Equalization, Appellee, Case No. 20R-0147, which is before the Nebraska Tax Equalization and Review Commission.
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

Stockyards bull riding event to be held on May 28 & May 29, 2021
6. 9:45 A.M. Discuss and consider renewal contract for animal damage control with USDA Wildlife Services
7. 10:00 A.M. Receive bids for the Ingham Bridge Replacement Project
Consider acceptance of bid
8. 10:10 A.M. Discuss and consider authorizing the Chairman to sign the closing
documents for the General Obligation Refunding Bonds Series 2021
9. 10:15 A.M. Discuss and consider authorizing the Chairman to sign an agreement
and release with Employers Mutual Casualty Company (EMC) concerning law
enforcement liability coverage and the umbrella policy
