Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners to be held on December 15, 2014 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:00 A.M.

 

Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on December 15, 2014 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

1.       Open with prayer

 

2.       Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held December 8, 2014

 

3.       Consider the following:

  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipt
  • Fee report submitted by Lincoln County Treasurer, County Sheriff

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

 

4.       9:15 A.M.      Discuss and consider the following:

  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on December 8, 2014

  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor

 

Recess or adjourn to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

 

5.       9:30 A.M.      Discuss and consider entering The county of Lincoln, Nebraska, into an

Acquisition Contract with the State of Nebraska, Department of Roads, for right of way

purposes regarding road construction on State Highway 83, effecting the Lincoln County

Courthouse property (relocation of monument and flagpole), located in North Platte,

Lincoln County, Nebraska, in regards to Project No.:83-2(128); Project Name: 1st -6th

Street, North Platte; CN: 61359; and Tract No. 10.  A copy of said Acquisition Contract

is available at the Lincoln County Clerk’s Office.

 

Discuss and consider adopting a Resolution giving the Chairman of the Lincoln County

Board authority to sign for the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners as the

authorized representative of The county of Lincoln, Nebraska, documents necessary

to convey title(s) to The county of Lincoln, Nebraska, properties (real estate) for

highway purposes concerning State Highway 83 to the State of Nebraska, Department

of Roads, as per Acquisition Contract, concerning Project No.: 83-2(128); Project Name:

1st – 6th Street, North Platte; CN: 61359; and Tract No. 10.

 

6.       Conduct a quarterly inspection of the Lincoln County Detention Center
