2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held on November 26, 2012
3. Consider the following:
- · Claims & Treasurer’ Receipts
- · Fee report submitted by the County Sheriff
- · Right of way permit submitted by Northwestern Corp. dba as Northwestern Energy
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
4. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- · Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on November 26, 2012
- · Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- · Motor vehicle tax exemption applications
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
5. 9:30 A.M. Discuss and consider adoption of a resolution to vacate part of Foothill Road located in Section 33; Township 15N; Range 31W, Lincoln County, Nebraska
6. 9:45 A.M. Closed session concerning strategy regarding litigation and to protect
attorney client privilege, which is clearly necessary to protect the public interest
