Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners to be held on Monday, March 21, 2011 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioner’s Room at 9:00 A.M.

 

Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on Monday, March 21, 2011 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioner’s Room at 9:15 A.M.
1.      Open with prayer

 

2.      Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioner’s meeting held on March 14, 2011

 

3.      Consider the following:

  •                    Claims and treasurer’s receipts
  •      Fee report submitted by the County Sheriff

 

4.      9:10 A.M.  Discuss and consider setting a date to accept bids for asbestos and lead based paint removal of the existing Lincoln County Jail

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

5.     9:15 A.M.  Consider the following:

  •       Approve minutes of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on March 14, 2011
  •             Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

 

6.   9:20 A.M.       Discuss and consider special designated liquor permit submitted by Local #831 North Platte for an event to be held on April 9, 2011 at Creekside Event Center

7.   9:30 A.M.        Conduct interviews for the Lincoln County Noxious Weed Superintendent’s position:

10:30 A.M.                 Glenn Callaway

Discuss and consider action following interviews, including but not limited to appointing an individual to fill the Lincoln County Noxious Weed Superintendent’s position

 

8.   11:20 A.M.     Richard Nelson of Nebraska Game & Parks to discuss maintaining access to NE Game & Parks public hunting lands
