Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on April 18, 2011 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioner’s Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

1.            Open with prayer

 

2.            Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting held on April

11, 2011

 

3.            Consider the following:

v  Claims and Treasurer’s Receipts

v  Fee reports submitted by the County Sheriff and Register of Deeds

v  Agreement with Condon Signs for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office and

Detention Center plaque

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

 

4.            9:15 A.M.             Consider the following:

v  Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held

on April 11, 2011

v  Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

Center, Inc. for an event to be held on April 30, 2011 at the Creekside Event Center

 

9.            10:15 A.M.          Construction update on the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office & Detention

Center

 

10.          10:30 A.M.          Receive bids for asbestos and lead based paint removal of the existing

Lincoln County Jail

 

Consider acceptance of bid

 

11.          10:45 A.M.          Discuss and consider declaring the county’s scrap iron in the Lincoln County

Road Department to be surplus property which is obsolete or unusable by the county

 

Discuss and consider what value to place on the surplus property (scrap iron) located at

the Lincoln County Road Department

 

Discuss and consider authorizing, Jerry Hitchcock, Lincoln County Highway Supt. to sell the

scrap iron as permitted under Neb. Rev. Statute 23-3115 (Reissue2007)
